Nikkita whats happening?

I thought in the early weeks she was a worth a bet to win the thing,but her performances are getting steadily worse over the weeks.

Is Simon plotting against her,she certainly has'nt had great songs latley and who ever is advising her on dress sense is having a laugh.


I really wanna know what her choice of song would have been.Super Trouper would have been spot on

opening lyrics:

'I was sick and tired of everything

when I called you last night from Glasgow'

The song goesw on to be about performing and how tiresome it can be but how it can be worthwhile if one person believes in you.

Should'nt her mentors be thinking this way rather than dumping a song that she's not comfortable with on her??

To be honest i just don't think she's good enough, 4 weeks in a row now she's been below average.

i have a funny feelin that her original song WAS Super Trouper.
I think that would have been a great song for her!
Much better than Dancing Queen. she loked far too awkward.

Nikkita has a good voice no doubt about that otherwise she would never have reached this far but the problem is she is no where near the standard of the likes of Ben and Leona.

Yeah. she has a great voice.
Ben is a talented guy. But Leona. I dont see the big fuss about her. I just think she is a MAriah lookalike. She sounds like her and looks like her.

It was Simons remarks to her tonight,really harsh seeing she is one of his.There is definatley a battle behind the scenes going on there with Leona (who is really talented) stuck right in the middle.

For Simon to have one of his own in tears and still visibly upset for the second show is unprofessional.No conspiracys from me but Nikkita is definatley not getting mentored in any meaningful way.

I feel really sorry for Nikitta. She is a young girl and singing in front of millions every week isnt easy.
But Simon IS very harsh to people. But to have one of your own people on tears is horrible. it was horrible to watch!

It was Horrible Heatther and I would hate to think that sympathy saved her.I am no fan of any of the contestants as far as it goes,but do think that Nikkita's potential is not being realised.

She had the human intrest story about her mum early on but now I feel that Simon has seen great potential in Leona and has left Nikkita high and dry with little thought of songs or performance.

We are not told the real story behind x factor which at the end of the day is a potential multi million pound business.But on a live show you can kinda see a few cracks.

I agree with you. Simon is concentrating far too much on Leona. Nikitta needs some attention too.
I knew, as soon as i heard the song choices for this wek that Leona had got the song that suited her voice perfectly but I couldnt imagine Nikitta singing Dancing Queen. It just goes to show that Simon has it in his mind that Leona is going to win this cometition so he sees no point in putting too much attention towards the other girl. (Nikitta)

Yeah its harsh Jay.Only thing I would say is that every one should get that chance , when Simon annouced to the world last week that Leona is the best contestant in the worlsd ever,and she is well above the average,it did kinda signal a death knull to the rest of his crop.

Nikkita;stick her in an ill fitting dress and give her a song with any kinda girly reference

Ray;give him some cocktail swing (will get a no.1 albulm out of him while he's hot)

No I agree jay.Just don't know wether thats her or a continued lack of confindence and frutration in the way she is being put across.

Could be, i can see what your saying but the competition is strong now and if that is the case then she's gotta get that confidence and fast.

I think she's being styled very wrong and all.

The problem with Nikitta is she just doesn't seem to be able to go above that level of medicore.Some may blame the way she is mentored and the song choices given to her but even this week she pleads for the song to be changed from knowing me knowing you to Dancing Queen and that was arguably her worst perfomance yet and that's with a song she felt she could perfom well.

I did see potential in her at the auditions stage but perhaps she's just good on the certain songs she sang at the start and cannot step up to the next level with more challenging songs.If she was any sort of class singer she would have at least done one very good perfomance on the live shows but for me that's not happend yet and I can only think she's not upto the standard of some of the rest.

She just seems to be living in the shadow of the more talented Leona.

She is very much in Leonas shadow.And could well be that the songs we heard in the auditions were practised over and over for months.However there is an underlying current that she has been abandoned in favour of Leona and those tears tonight hid frustration as much as dissapointment.

She just seemed to promise more than she has delivered and I really can't decide wether that is her fault or a case of mismanagement.

I cant stand Nikita, sorry to all her fans, but i don't see why she's there! She puts on the water works, and she keeps her place on the X-Factor, maybe that's what Ashley should have done, then he would still be there now :sad:..She has no star quality, Ashley had the Voice, the look, the class and the style all things needed to be a tue star, Nikita has a below avergae voice IMO and shes hasnt got the looks the class or the style..so i ask again WHY IS SHE STILL THERE!?!?!?!

She does have a good voice. Just some weeks dont suit her voice.
Its not that she doent have stlye. its that whos dressing her puts her in the wrong things.
And the only time ive seen her put on the waterworks was last night when Simon-her own mentor-critisized her.

She's never been anything but average, people say she has a good voice but I've not heard it in the live shows.People can lay the blame on Simon, song choices and whatever else but she's not been upto the required standard so far and it's about time she was in the bottom 2.
