I agree, and would add that he is most definitely part of the bullying with his nasty, sly so-called jokes. He instigates conflict with his comments, then makes a quick exit, hiding away while others do the arguing.

george hasn't grown in there or done anything to improve his personality. he's still a sly, weedy, little backbiter.
