Audley and Gary as the final 2 shows that the public can be trusted to pick the nice people from the nasty. James and Fat Dee never really had a chance.

So Helen was the aberration we all thought.

Because the votes are all independently counted, and Channel 5 or any TV network are strictly prohibited from fixing a public vote which they've paid for.

Also, OFCOM dismissed all comments about a fix as there was no evidence and nothing Channel 5 did throughout the final warranted an investigation into the votes.
