He really grew on me and it hurts me to hear some people call him a villain - he's really not.
He's a great, deep, soulful and loving human being and people are quick to say "oh he was a little bit mean here and there, let's forget the tons and tons of love and goodness he gives out constantly".
James is an awesome and good human being!

If he is a great human being,I lose faith in the species, from what I saw he was a bully, liar, hypocritical, arrogant tosser.Picking on a elderly disabled man is deep and soulful and loving:laugh: I think not.

The only difference between your post and myself, is that i loved him from day 1, i don't care what other people say, he will always be in my top 3 celebrity housemates ever, great man, even better housemate!

He didn't bully anyone, he made silly childish comments and jokes that can't be construed as bullying. I don't remember him lying, you may be right but many housemates lie for any given reason. 9/10 people are hypocritical, especially in the house (I'm not hypocritical though =)). He is outwardly arrogant whereas many of the other housemates are inwardly arrogant which is worse, and his kindness far outweighs his arrogance. And as far as I can remember he spent time helping gary, caring about Gary and speaking to him when everybody else was speaking badly of him, letting him know unlike everyone else.

It wasn't just the picking on an elderly man Kazanne,it was the way even when he was 'supposedly' assisting him, that he spoke down to him, belittling him and more like ordering him about than guiding him.
He showed characteristics of all the things you list in your post and for me although I did think he made good viewing a lot ofthe time,an overall decent human being is not a description I would make of him.
He well may be to people he can seemingly control and yes people he may surround himself with but otherwise he would be more of a nightmare to put up with likely than Gary.
How he managed 3rd place is beyond me.
No wonder from what we have seen, even 'Strictly'got rid of him.

He is a nasty individual who hated the fact that his two "enemies" were left in the house, he thought he had it in the bag. I have no doubt at all that he will now make waves along with Dee. Hopefully the waves will just sweep over.

He was one of the first ones to tell Gary that the others didnt like him, he supposedly helped but then went behind Gary's back making fun of him. He along with Dee were two of the worse culprits in the end. They deserve each other. Why did he have to try and keep up with the younger issues, why did he fawn over Stephanie. He was cruel with his comments, I can see him now laughing with Stephanie saying that Gary and Frenchie should be in a dog cage. His ego was so big it is a wonder the others had room to breathe.
I personally can't understand how Helen was championed for her behaviour yet the story is different with James
Helen's backstory of course. Helen started insulting her housemates even on BOTS and then again on Twitter, caling Chris a paedophile, etc. Who's the worse one here?

He's an utter twat. Joking at other people's expenses is never acceptable to me.
His interview disagrees with you.
The Great British Public chose Helen as their winner, that in itself shows how wrong we can be
I think he is a horrible nasty person but each to their own.
I didn't see anything redeeming in James at all. If it had all been a big joke, and people hadn't understood his humour, he would have been able to put that right the moment he left the house. He didn't, he still behaved exactly the same way. I'm very glad I don't need to watch him or Dee ever again.

Omelette - definition: mixed up eggs!
That's the most crazy mixed up assessment of James and his disgusting behaviour in fact it's omelette!
The public is not stupid, James is a foul tempered individual with an enormous chip on his shoulder. I wonder why he is so angry? Bad childhood, jealousy, unfulfilled life............he'll eventually use something to justify his CBB behaviour.
Good riddance, hope him and his like are never seen on TV again.

What annoyed me most about James was his belittling of Audley and Gary's achievements in life.
A legend movie star and Olympic Champion should get respect for their careers but to have an out of work dancer demean and belittle them, as Audley said, went too far.
James was not joking, he deliberately went for the jugular and could only get away with it because Gary and Audley were decent people who refused to stoop as low as James in response. James did not own them, he showed only himself up as a thoroughly dislikeable weak and nasty individual. It was a character flaw in James that he was unaware he was showing as even then he would say in the next breath what a nice person he was.
I hope James gets thoroughly fed up with being called a bully, because he deserves to, acting like one and then denying it doesn't cut it, because we have seen what he is capable of whilst spouting what a nice person he thinks he is.

He so IS a hypocrite,he went mental when Gary showed his ass but happily played with George when he dropped his trousers,he was ruse, something he always pulled Gary up on,and yes he was a bully boy he only picked on Gary because he thought he could,an out and out bastard.

A great human being?
"I didn't come here to babysit ! "
What a shame that helping out an 70 year old guy with brain/hearing issues was SO inconvenient to James that he felt the need to complain about it in his eviction interview (and insult Gary YET AGAIN by calling it 'babysitting' rather than 'helping' - which is what it is).
Let's hope an old man doesn't fall over in the street when James is out shopping or he'll say "I came here to shop - not pick people up off the pavement!"
That's your great human being.

Well said.
James is a disgraceful human being. Massive chip on his shoulder and a nasty piece of work. He takes pleasure in belittling people then passing it off as a joke. He cannot take criticism and he is always right....he lectures people on faults but fails to recognise them in himself.
His desire to be top dog, adored and respected is so desperate but with any inability to take advice or criticism those desires will never be.
I have never seen someone so dislikable on national television. He says people don't get him and his sense of humour...time to re evaluate yourself James otherwise someone will end up punching your lights out.
Obnoxious twat.

James is great
If only he was...
James The Great, son of Zebadee is the patron saint of Spain.
He is, thus, traditionally believed to be the first of the twelve apostles martyred for his faith. This may have been caused by James' fiery temper, for which he and his brother earned the nickname "Sons of Thunder"
James and his brother wanted to call down fire on a Samaritan town, but were rebuked by Jesus. The Acts of the Apostles records that "Herod the king" (traditionally identified with Herod Agrippa) had James executed by sword.
Being James the Great doesn't sound so great! :joker:
I thought it was funny on bots, when James was spouting off how bad Gary was, Lauren shouted at him "Your a ****ing liar"

James has said that even Ola has criticized his treatment of Gary so that says it all really!
His own wife was ashamed of his awful behaviour.
The way he tried, even after it was all over, to try and spoil Gary's victory shows what kind of a lowlife he really is!
It really is no wonder he got fired from Strictly!!!! I bet they were fed-up to the ****ing back teeth of his ridiculous behaviour!

The public voted Helen as the winner, and you're saying they're not stupid?
I'm sure that Angelika was referring specifically to the 'public' seeing through James' facade when she referred to them as "not being stupid" - a point proved by the results of the show.
I find it incredible, that without any proof at all - for no such incidents were ever screened - you can readily accept the word of a 'a pack' of 6 proven bullies and liars who all have their own agenda, when they state that Gary is rude, unhygienic etc. and go on to justify your acceptance by claiming that; "well everyone is saying it, and they can't all be wrong", yet when it comes to the verdict of millions of impartial viewers voting for Gary (and Helen) as the winner of the show, you arrogantly dismiss them as "stupid".
This is my opinion of your opinion and not meant to offend. :wavey:
