Hopefully this dam cast comes off today.:thumbs: I will be going to find out soon.Appointment at nine but i still dont think i will be back to work yet.:sad:It wil feel strange walking around without it on. Fingers crossed see ya all later bye for now :xyxwave:

I hated having casts taken off, you felt all weak and it get's smelly.

Its finally off I feel all sick and my skin is dry and wrinkley.It feels like my leg is still heavy . Still cant walk properly. Gonna take a nice relaxing bacth and smother myself with body lotion :spin:

I washed my arm about 50 times after the cast came off.

Enjoy the bath, the dry skins a pain.

I dont think I had dry skin on mine just a bump which ive still got now

When i broke my arm, and my cast came off, took me about 2 weeks to get used to having my cast off, my arm felt really heavy after it was cut off. Was a weird feeling.

I might have broke my finger today :(
but i cant be bothered to go to the hospital
it kills though, all swollen and i cant move it

In that case Soph, I'd advise that you go get it checked out! You don't want any long term damage!

i think it's just dispatched
but if it swells anymore today ill go to the emergancy doctors tonight
they will probably give me and x ray and a bandage!

Now my back is aching i feel like i cant relax its so weired.

right ok sorry to keep going on about my dam foot but how long is it going to take before i can walk properly. I am still walking as though i have the cast on and it is making me ache all over. My muscles feel all tight and my ankle is still swollen. :sad:It was better with the blooming cast on.:conf:

Sounds like they took it off too early.If it's not better in another week I'd go and see your GP.
