I saw a spoiler saying the HOH is not surprising so that makes me think Victoria did not win it and it was either Derrick/Cody. I saw a rumour that Derrick won HOH so knowing how things go Cody probably won it :laugh:

Yeah the side I heard was that Julie wore a black lacy dress, and I think he's the same person who has told others that Victoria won HOH.

He could be trolling though, it seems likely now considering he stated on his Twitter that he was sworn to secrecy.
