Mine said that, so I paused the download and then restarted it and it finished in 5 minutes.

I've updated, but there's glitches with Music. A lot of music doesn't play, or has art missing, then the artist missing but then it reappears and disappears..

I managed to get it, but it's glitchy as **** on my iPad, apps keep randomly closing, the keyboard disappears and I can't even use Safari anymore. It's also really slow, I hope they release an update soon.
