Actually I wouldn't want to do anything really criminal but I would bring out my naughty side and likely cause chaos by moving things around,such as when people are taking shopping to a car, move some bags elsewhere.

In Stores, move the trollies with shopping around as people stood talking for ages in the aisles.
Bring loads of cigarettes from behind the counter they are sold at and set them up around the Stores generally.

while people are gardening, keep moving their tools back and forth,daft things like that.
