Do you like sausage sandwiches? :amazed:

I had two today and they were delicious, I've rekindled my love of sausages recently, throwing them into a slice of buttered bread just turns them into a great snack!

I've been having omelettes as my one meal of the day  idk it's expensive to buy meat so I try to just stick to buying a big box of eggs and having veg

You can make lots of meals for extremely cheap, they may not be the most healthy but you get some nourishment/nutrients.

For example you can easily make chicken stir fry for like 75p per portion if you do it the cheap way!

Jessica.
29-09-2014, 11:50 PM
Greg, buy

a packet of chinese noodle cup-a-soups (own brand if needed)
a packet of frozen chicken strips
a packet of frozen stir fry vegetables

Fry a bit of chicken with a bit of the veg and put in like 100ml of water and add one of the cup-a-soups with the little noodles in it and boil for a bit and then you have a full meal for a few pence. :amazed: I even like it when I have other food in the house.

Tesco's they're with the regular sausages, but have gluten free on the box. Debbie and Andrews Harrogate 97% pork sausages, they're on offer at the moment;)

Co-op do nice ones 10 for £3.something, gluten free, very nice, the gluten free ones have more meat because they fill regular ones up with rusk which contains wheat flour.

I haven't been diagnosed coeliac, i have an intolerance and find that wheat really upsets me as well as giving me brain fog/tiredness/nausea and in extreme cases confusion, so i get rid of the wheat and hey presto i'm human again!

Ah right thanks, I haven't either but my health has been really bad the last couple of years, had the test a couple of weeks ago but no antibodies.... might still give it a go :)
