That Robert Pattinson is a decent old lad. When he heard his sister Lizzy was in town for the X Factor judges houses round recently, the Twilight star treated his older sibling and her new pals to a night out in LA and he took them to a rather exclusive haunt!
The actor, also known for his roles in hit British movie Harry Potter, waited until the over 25s had finished their final auditions for Simon Cowell and Sinitta, at the music mogul’s mansion in Los Angeles, before taking them out for a boozy night on the tiles.
Onlookers say Rob was in top form and had contestants Lizzy, Fleur East, Ben Haenow, Jay James, Helen Fulthorpe and Stevi Ritchie laughing the whole night, however one insider told The Sun that Rob had eyes for one lady in particular.
Fleur, who is pals with Hot Right Now singer Rita Ora, has more than one famous mate now it would seem.
The source said:
“After their auditions on Saturday, he [Robert] got in touch and wanted to take them all out. He bought them Jägerbombs and wouldn’t let them put their hands in their pocket all night.
“He spent a lot of time chatting to Fleur. Obviously he was really keen to catch up with Lizzy as well.”
It’s not expected that Pattinson will show up on this weekend’s X Factor shows, however fans of the ITV singing competition will finally get to find out if his sister has made the live rounds when they tune in this Saturday and Sunday night.
Even if Lizzy doesn’t make the grade, she will have one more chance to shine, as judges introduce a wildcard twist before the first live shows.
