My parents never took me, but my Uncle ran a movie rental shop so we used to just watch them from there.

I don't remember the very first time but my earliest memory of the cinema is going to see A.I. Artificial Intelligence in 2001 on my 9th birthday.

I was just a kid, and it was Mary Poppins, I think, at the Little Theatre in beautiful Bath.

Ghostbusters at my local theatre (before the multi-plexs' came to town) we lovingly referred to it as the fleapit! This was a time when you had to queue for tickets and if they had sold out....then tough you had to go home!

The queue went round the block:shocked: luckily we managed to be one of the last few in, however we had to sit at the front, didn't matter to me though, i was about 10 at the time:laugh:

Not too sure, but the first film rated 15+ that I ever saw in the cinema was Eurotrip when I was about 11. Felt like a huge life achievement getting in to see a 15 rated film at the time.
