why would you come in here to stick up for someone who has been accused of planning to behead someone?

like, really... I very very much doubt he was arrested randomly. There was probably plenty of evidence against him.

They can't arrest people unless they have some sort of evidence on them though.. there has to be something to give them a reason to arrest someone.
