i think this is good for kids over 12, but younger than that is cruel... but then again, if it helps them become well behaved and friendly, idk.

I have seen a gang of 5 - 11 year olds gang up on a woman who has downs syndrome and was using a special bike, they were throwing stones at her and trying to steal her bike, she was so scared, she was outside and there was nobody around, she ran to my front door screaming for help. This woman is like 40 years old. Some children honestly deserve the most severe punishments.
