Will ITV2 pick Big Brother up?

Now Viacom's CEO has cast doubt that Big Brother will continue for much longer on Channel 5, will ITV2 pick it up? Their schedules are looking very bare now ItvBe has launched and they had expressed interest in it earlier this year.

They're trying to take more of a comedy angle with ITV2 right now with all of the reality stuff going to ITVBe, so ITV2 won't be picking it up (not until ITVBe dies a horrific ratings-related death in about six months' time, that is)

I can see ItvBe buying it if the opportunity calls if I'm honest, it's meant to be the heart of reality television (trashy reality television) and Big Brother is the king of trashy reality television.

I would, reading on a lot of other articles written and also on DS and on here, not all fans share the same opinion as me. Most people want it to just be cancelled now, I personally think some people are going over the top because they didn't like Big Brother 15.

It's not really wanted on C5 though, Viacom bosses don't really care about it so it's best going to a channel who appreciate it.

Imagine if it just went to Channel 4 like, that'd be crazy. If they took it back and made it like a new up to date but also back to the roots, sort of way - it would just be amazing.

Channel 5s cast has surely been inspired by ITVs dreadful TOWIE. Can you imagine how unwatchable Big Brother would be on the channel of the home of TOWIE (and other dramatic scripted nonsense). Channel 5 is the last hope for the show.
