If I had ebola and could afford a plane fare I would head straight for London and get a taxi to the nearest decent hospital as that way I may survive.

We should take the same approach every other developed country takes: If they're genuine refugees, then that's okay. If they're not... then they will not fit the criteria for entry and will not get free treatment on the NHS. I say "free"... it's not free to those of us who pay for it.
