View Full Version : Do you think you're fat?

I know some people are fat and embrace it, some people are skinny but think they're fat, some people are fat but are unhappy with themselves, and some people aren't fat and don't think they're fat either.
Just conducting a poll since a lot of people I know seem to be complaining about 'getting fat' when they don't even look that big tbh
I am not fat and I'm pretty sure of that  I put that down to the amount of exercise I do though, as my diet is terrible

Yes to an extent. I'm at that awkward stage where I'm not skinny enough to get away with overly trendy clothes but too skinny to be wearing frumpy gear.
Used to be worse though, since I started going to the gym about 7 years ago I've lost five stone.

Not in the slightest.
No, I've always been skinny but my diet was terrible a few years ago but I didn't put any think on

Just normal, but that's because I exercise a lot. I watch my weight/health and I haven't gained weight in years

I used to be but after a good diet and a gym membership I am pretty much my goal weight, I went through a phase of thinking skinnier was better and I went too far but now I am content with my weight and eat what I want but in moderation.

I wish women would care less as to how how 'fat' they are. Some dudes don't find skinniness attractive. :smug:

I doubt women care whether you find them attractive tbh. :umm2:

My point was that there are women who worry and go to unnecessary lengths to become 'slim' simply to be what they think everybody deems to be attractive. It isn't what everybody desires though, but you're brain doesn't process logic very well obviously, shame for you.
PS being slim isn't going to make someone want you who otherwise wouldn't :umm2:

I think i may have reverse body dismorphia because i think i'm skinnier than i actually am:laugh:
Saying that, i'm happy, could probably do with losing a stone but that stone would come off the wrong places.
I'm a size 12 so i actually think that's a normal size for the UK and at this time of year i need that extra fat to keep me warm.
The thing is though that when i do have a fat day and i think "that's it i'm losing weight", the minute i start losing weight i panic because i don't like it and associate it with illness, so i then stop!
