Is Jan annoying?

Anyone else think that Jan is really annoying, all seems to do is moan and has such a defeatist attitude towards everything and the fact she thought that by doing on trial the public would let her off doing any other seemed quite silly imo.

I think she is annoying but the public will make their opinions known giving her all the trials until she breaks down or leaves.
