Long Queues

If you go into a shop or something like that and there is a massive queue, do you stand there and wait or do you leave again?

I detest long queues, I get so bored standing around waiting and the people round about are usually annoying so most of the time I just leave again.

What about when you queue and see the queue next to you is moving faster, you change to that queue and then they have a problem with a barcode, so you see the person who was behind you in the other queue get served whilst you are still waiting behind 6 other people:fist:

Or you wait in a queue for ages and as you get to the front they open up another till:fist:

Another thing that always seems to happen to me, no matter what queue I am waiting in someone has some sort of problem paying with their card so it takes ages to sort out :fist:

That is so annoying.....they literally race to get to the till, there's no manners of "oh you go first......" they literally would mow you down!:rant:

I hate queues, I get so impatient but if I really want something (I usually do if I'm buying it in the first place) then I wait. always go to self-service though when possible.

Depends on how much I've got in my basket, usually I'll go back round until the queues die down. The worst is queues in toilets though, I don't like standing awkwardly so I always leave and come back like 10 minutes later.

I wait quietly. They used to be bad in the day, and also when if you go to the stores at daytime. Fortunately i wised up and decided to go 15 - 1 hour before the closing time, when the lines are usually smaller.

So it´s not so bad anymore (the waiting) and the lines usually shrink very fast.

..it depends really if it's somewhere that I know will have a queue most of the time anyway and whether it's something that I have to do/buy because then I would just get it over with and wait in the queue but they're one of the things I really dislike most so if I didn't need the thing then I just wouldn't wait...the worst thing for me is queuing for a changing room...NO...

Some might say it's the honourable thing for a man to do. Some might say it's a noble cause to sacrifice your time in order to let the fairer sex get in ahead of you and I would be inclined to agree. Anything for a cheeky peek of a nice arse though.
