im so ****ing annoyed. I put them in a safe place and i cannot find them. i paid over £200 for everything months ago and the tickets arrived just last week.

i got them from ticket master... i have a reference number, account and everything to prove I bought them.

has anyone managed to go to a concert when they've lost tickets?

i could cry

i havent even packed and i leave at 6am tomorrow

If they're in your house just stay calm and try to remember where you put them. This always happens to me. I hide the tickets, then forget where i put them.

You can print them at an internet shop, if you have the time.

Print ticket master confirmation off at an internet cafe and take ID to the venue

I really hope you get it sorted, fraid I'm not much use.

Maybe if you take a moment to just check your room, just go slowly through everything. Also I think you should get packed.

^ i dont have a printer

Just go to a shop/travel agent/hostel/hotel and beg them to use the printer

Most places have internet access and printing facilities, even if you have to pay.

We once didn't receive our tickets, we phoned up and they basically said we had to go to the box office, with the credit card and we'd get them there.

Also I think if you phone them and ask them to print new ones, they cancel your old ones so you can't use them.

Nope.

Told me there was nothing they could do. Cried on the phone to O2 arena and ticketmaster. Had to buy a second pair of tickets.
Will type up more later before I have a panic attack from anger

That doesn't sound like they have given you the correct information, for a start the tickets might have got lost in the post as long as you have proof of purchase, the card you bought them with and some form of ID they will be able to reissue at the box office. I assume the second set of tickets are crap seats as all the good seats will have gone?

Cherie

 just looked at ticket master site and it says to treat your tix like cash as they can't always replace them, if you had seat numbers I can't see why they can't reissue, standing tickets would be different I guess

Ninastar

I quests I can understand too...

But what my argument is, is that if the reason they can't give me spare tickets for standing is because 'health and safety' yet I've managed to get more tickets, surely I could have gone anyway?

I'm so mad, going to be in so much money troubles now. All the money I get for my 21st will now have to be spent paying people back and I'll probably have to get a second job.

I feel like taking it further, but no idea how I can.

If my tickets had been stolen, this would have been the same outcome. Can understand if someone lost them, but how is it right if they got stolen?

That's shocking. Contact their customer service on Twitter I think it's @ticketmaster_CS

Tell them to cancel the barcode on the current tickets, and re-issue you knew ones!

That's seriously messed up that they made you buy a 2nd one  I'm pretty sure there is something you can do about it, if you're willing to pursue it, that is terrible ethics.

If you got ticket insurance on the first lot of tickets you should be able to get a refund, just say you were ill or something

Never been on a concert myself. And don´t really want to be if i´m honest. I don´t like crowded and overly noisy places.

Hope you find your ticket though.

Caitlin how did you pay for your first tickets?

If it was on your card I would honestly contact the bank and tell them you want the payment reversed because you never received the tickets.

Once the concert is over they should be able to check that the tix bought remained unused, or best case scenario you will find the originals so keep hold of your used tix stubs to prove you attended the concert.
