The confectionery giant confirmed the bad news via Twitter - now an online petition has been launched to bring the popular Christmas sweet back to stockings. Christmas has been ruined for hordes of chocolate lovers after Cadbury discontinued their beloved sacks of chocolate coins.
The confectionery giant confirmed the bad news via Twitter yesterday, prompting many to question the company's decision.
Cadbury replied to a customer saying: "Chocolate coins have been discontinued however we have lots of other chocolatey treats to try."

Loved these as a kid. Doesn't bother me now because I have access to adult chocolate in the name of naughty videos but I'm sure there will still be other brands of coins anyway.

I had choc coins in my stocking and so do the small LTs
in fact they are the same ones (wood inside not chocolate)
but its the principle

Doesn't really bother me but I think this is a pathetic decision.
Anyway,when I do eat chocolate I prefer Galaxy chocolate.

This seems a pointless decision although there are loads of other substitutes around.

There's lots of other choc coins about so not bothered, they were overpriced anyway as are the choc tree decorations.
