I got like 15 pictures, I delete them once I've added them on my instagram.
Why would I need music when i have Spotify?

yeah I do, Twitter and Spotify memory keeps going high, that is why it's going down but the thing is, this never happened on my iphone4s
do you mean storage? how much do you have on your phone? Mine does it all the time, I don't have music on it because I use this deezer app, but I do have over 2,000 photos and I always have to delete them.
Probably depends on if you have 8gb, or 16gb etc?

Every time you use an app such as Twitter, you load up so much that MB gets saved as Documents and Data and eventually you have over a GB of it. You can delete the app and then re-install, that usually gets rid of it.
