Yep everyone else had to adhere to the theme, and apparently this shows their versatility, versatility doesn't apply to Fleur, she just stays in her comfort zone and none of the judges step out of line to comment on it :idc:

It's pretty obvious they are pushing her to win,the judges.the media etc,she is not my cup of tea,I don't think she is exceptional at all.but she is pretty ,can dance and rap so that will do.Fleur is depicted as everyones best friend, news comes out today that Jay is the most hated!!! lol, yeah right.

Do people even like her rapping? It sounds grim.

I love Fleur but this was the wrong week to bring out this song.
Simon and her should have kept it for later on for a relevant week.
Now that it has been used she doesn't really have that lucky song to use again.

There are always one or two acts that dont stick to the theme every week....
The public should vote what they sing every week and that cant be changed.

It wasn't the rapping that annoyed me but it was big band week and everyone should have done a big band song. Same with Stevi as well. Louis usually the worse for going round the theme but now looks like Simons took over it.

At least Stevi was criticised, Fleur was told she was amazing, when she clearly wasn't amazing at all, its the public manipulation that I hate, I don't vote except for the free app votes so I can't complain too much I guess but people are clearly spending their money saving other acts and it looks like they are pushing Fleur for the win.

Some people are really out to get Fleur :joker:
Once someone is built up the general public love to knock them down. I understand it all comes down to opinion, and some people disliked her performance last night, that's fair enough. But comments like 'public manipulation', 'pushing her to win' & 'one trick pony' being linked to Fleur have only been stated since last night, so it's a bit crazy to state such accusations imo.

one trick pony is pretty laughable considering she's done:
- rapping
- dancing
- gospel singing (MJ week)
- a full-on performance every week
i mean if y'all really want a one trick pony how about we disect Ben's weekly shout-off?

People say the same thing about anyone who's competition to their favourites :flutter:

Well then in that case surely acts who only sing need to begin rapping, as to not remain within their comfort zones?

ok if your counter-argument is Stevi I think we're pretty much done here

I don't understand your point? Their comforts zones are the genre they are comfortable singing, just because they can sing doesn't mean they can sing every genre with ease which is the reason there are themes, if only some acts adhere to the theme it is hardly fair.

Just pointing out that Stevi has done most of what you say Fleur has done, doesn't make him a good singer

Stevi has done much the same :hehe:
So? That just means that Stevi isn't a one trick pony, which is more than quite a few of the remaining acts.

Fleur is repetitive, there's so many different types of songs with rapping in them yet she goes for the exact same performance every week, big stage productions to take away how bad a vocalist that she is and actually how dull her performances really are.
And I'm sorry but being stuck on late almost every week in a Stevi/Stereo Kicks fashion is really doing my head in now.

I'll give you the midtempo last week, but what exactly was the difference between Thriller and Bang Bang?
