We already have the racket from parked cars with their exhausts modified being needlessly revved up because their pea-brained hoodie owners like to hear their 'souped up' crap XR3i's replicating what they imagine a 'Ferrari' sounds like. We already have fireworks going off on virtually every night of the year now. We already have innocent people still being 'happy slapped', and we already have three nights a week of shouting and bawling in the early hours from drunks in the street.
