I want something intense and not shouty.

Just a female whisper of "It's back" would probably work better than a huge shouty ad, and it'd save lots of cash too!

TBH I wish he wasn't even involved.

I think using just graphics and echos of the theme in the background grabs attention far more than someone screaming "ITS BACK!!" at you.

Its basically Marcus pleading PLEASE WATCH! BIG BROTHER IS BACK! BIG BROTHER BIG BROTHER BIG BROTHER!!!! like some sort of over excited double glazing windows salesman.
