CBB Bosses to ban camera aware reality tv stars?

They are apparently moving away from people who know how to play to the camera's as they want more "real" people who are not used to having there private life filmed in the house.

I hope this is true it would be nice to have a "Celebrity" series again

According to a report (http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showbiz/big_brother/6125059/Celebrity-Big-Brothers-harsh-reality-for-wannabes-all-too-aware-of-cameras.html) in The Sun there will be no reality stars from shows such as The Only Way is Essex, Geordie Shore and Made in Chelsea entering the house when Celebrity Big Brother returns in January.

The paper claims Big Brother producers are refusing to meet names from those.....

I was about to say this. She would be really good. She has seemed to have grown up quite a bit and doesn't want the wild lifestyle anymore so she won't be the same as how Charlotte was in her series. I think she would actually make a very good housemate, whether she is a reality star or not. I like the reality stars I just want 1 or 2 of them though not a whole house full of them

Its only really the towie people i have a problem with cuz usually there really boring, i would like people like mark-francis or vicky pattison though

They've obviously realised no one wants a TOWIE/GEORDIE romance and are bored to the back of their tits of the likes of Ricky and Lauren.

The American reality stars are pretty much allways legendary though and im hoping for Brandi or Kelly from The Real Housewives franchise who are genuinely massive characters.

It for me a couple of factors as to why they've done this:

1) The track record of scripted reality contestants being duds in their series, with only Charlotte being the exception to the norm.
2) The blatant contrivance of scripted reality stars hooking up, arguably with a bit of prompting from agents.
3) Gemma quitting IAC and the massive backlash she got from viewers as a result of this.
