Just wondering if anyone else has a problem actually hearing what he is singing at times? every week I find he sort of mumbles his way through the songs and like tonight for example I couldn't work out what the words were he was singing at all, the only words that were clear to me during the first song were swing and chandelier, everyone else I can hear fine

I don't think I've ever had this issue, no!

I've experienced this too, couldn't understand most of the Chandelier performance. (He was extremely quiet/mumbling at the beginning too:shrug:)

I can understand everything he sings.. I have more trouble understanding him when he speaks

I don't find it a problem knowing what he is singing but then since I know the words to the songs he has sung, maybe that is a bonus.

I just find that although he has a great voice, little more comes across and so I cannot see him having a great long career.

Nah don't get me wrong, I do think he can sing well when I actually hear him/work out what he is singing.

I do agree with Joey's comment above too though that he has no presence and to me he's just a bit bland.

i detect sabotage of character :idc:
dont hate on Andrea just because he has the best voice in the competition. i enjoy listening to him and he's never had a bad performance . he's flawless

If you read my comments you will see that I have never denied he's a good singer, I do however have problems hearing him and find him to be mumbling at times like I posted above and I disagree that he has the best voice in the competition. He's a one tricky pony IMO.

His accent shows through at times, and he blends some words into others noticeably too.

He definitely can't pronounce some words in English fully but I understand what he's trying to say/sing

Yes the thread is serious, it's called a difference of opinion.
