Celebrity Big Brother’s Bit On The Side will air five days a week during the new 2015 series, it’s been confirmed.

Channel 5 bosses have chosen to drop the Saturday night ‘Bit On The Psych’ episodes, meaning that the spin-off will now follow the main show on weekdays only.

However, it is likely that psychology-related discussions will be now incorporated in to the weekday editions. A show source told bbspy: “Psychology has always been a big part of the show and will continue to be.”

Emma Willis and Rylan Clark will return as presenters, with ex-housemate Luisa Zissman also back as a regular panellist after she joined the team during the summer run.

The news comes after Bit On The Psych co-host Iain Lee announced that he had left his role after a year.

BOTS originally aired seven days a week, but was cut to six last January after the tweaked ‘Rylan’s Supersized Celebrity Sunday’ specials proved a flop in their lunchtime timeslot.

That's a shame, I liked BOTP, especially the early days with AJ Odudu :flutter:.

I liked the idea of Bit on the Psych although only 10-20 minutes of it was really dedicated to psychology, so it's no real loss.

Wish they would scrap BOTS though and create a new spin off show.

I wish they'd drop Luisa. Her self-righteous outrage at nasty housemates, when she wasn't exactly lovely on The Apprentice and CBB, is annoying. I agreed with her views on certain housemates, but it's all a bit rich coming from her.

Rylan doesn't actually bother me, though.

I think Vanessa Feltz should be on bots, she is great at this job. I remember when Pauline was in bots and basically vanessa shut her mouth.

Didn't mind either way tbh, but it shows they recognized it wasn't very good.

Loosing that side of the show is no big deal. The different trick cyclists they use are only a bunch of housewives with an opinion and in many cases, they spout crap that fits the producers profile of how the show is being led.

Kattie Hopkins, Venesa phelps and the gobby wrestling referee from a past BB whos name escapes me, are more interesting to hear. The last thing we need is a show telling us what we are missing, when in reality, we are streets ahead of them anyway.

10 mins with Chuff and Me would be more interesting as we call it as it is, devoid of political correctness and dumb arse flim flam. Good riddance.
