Edwina is a wily, devious ex-politician who knows exactly how to manipulate audiences and how best to utilise every opportunity for maximum self-promotion.

She is a self-confessed master at lying, the art of smiling whilst sticking the knife in the back, and in the art of the double handed 'bouquet of barbed wire' compliment.

By comparison. Kendra is a naive novice.

So Kendra reacts, perfectly naturally, with annoyance, when she watches the show and sees all the instances where Edwina has slagged her off behind her back and made unwarranted caustic comments about her - a lot of them while she and Kendra were supposedly on 'good terms' - and yet it's Kendra who is criticised on here?

I see nothing in Kendra's behaviour - in the jungle, or out of it - which justifies all the irrational hatred of her by some on here, because she is as 'normal' as any other young, famous 'celebrity', and I think a distinction should be made between her unaffected, OTT American enthusiasm, and the deliberate and cynical, manipulative 'attention seeking' of others such as Edwina.

There is no reason to hate on Kendra apart from jealousy.
