he always bragged about being an expert at everything yet he crumbled under pressure and he's always quick to point the finger
Katie should of lead that presentation

^Thing is to me, I found that vulnerability in him endearing. No-one is perfect all the time. And in his defence, he has performed very well in pitches and sales up until this time. It was nice to see him show a sense of vulnerability, makes him a more approachable business partner imo
