Study finds Brummies and Scousers to have the ugliest accents

Brummies, Scousers and Mancunians have been found to have the ugliest accents in the British Isles, according to a new poll.

A poll conducted by YouGov found that 67% of those surveyed thought the dialect of the West Midlands city was unattractive while just 14% deemed it attractive, giving it a net score of -52, 20 points below Scouse the second-lowest.

In what will come as a surprise to absolutely no-one, the southern Irish accent was found to be the most attractive, while Received Pronunciation came in second with 31.

The researchers also found that people tend to like their own dialect.

Scottish is my fave and scouse,how could anyone diss scouse ? and I think the NATURAL Brummie accent is cool,but so much of it is mixed now,I cant stand the Welsh accent or the Cornish accent.
