Because it's obviously not the be all and end all of music :laugh: It's just that vocal ability is a measurable thing - Christina and Whitney and Mariah are lauded because of their technical ability, their range, whatever - and whilst I'm not comparing Andrea to them, he technically is pretty faultless.
