Thinks he's a tough guy eh.

Coward.

I bet the other guy was a 5 foot 2 inch disabled 94 year old pensioner.

I remember reading he bit the ear of a tramp a few years ago.

Anger issues.

...hmm, yeah it would seems so..(and I'm not condoning him grabbing the guys throat at all..)..but CCTV and witnesses showed that he had knocked Alan's daughter over while he was rushing past and just carried on going and then when Alan spoke to him, he was the one who 'lost it' with Alan first..it's wrong what he did but I could also imagine others saying they wouldn't react well to that either and hurting their young child without stopping to apologise...with the homeless guy whose ear he bit..?..he also verbally abused Alan according to witnesses while Alan had just attended a friend's funeral that day...I'm not making excuses though because he does seem to react badly to situations...

Ah, I didn't read those reasons. I'd probably react similarly in a situation like that.

..yeah that's what I mean..wrong but I could see many fathers reacting badly to something like that and he wasn't charged because the CCTV showed what had happened...
