They've literally just put what looks like a cardboard set over the garden walls from the summer - this is no different to what Channel 5 use to do at the start with that hideous repetitive 'stone' wallpaper designed that looped throughout the house and appeared in about four series straight.

They're lazy. They're Tesco Value. If this was Channel 4 every house would have it's own unique look and style - same can't be said for Channel 5's meh to mediocre houses, but that's okay I've came to accept and expect that of them, it's nearly been five years already since the show moved - BUT, I think it's incredibly ignorant and, abnormal to state any of Channel 5's attempts at a house (ESPECIALLY a quick go at a celebrity one) are anything above what we've seen in the past. I will not remember this house in about two months time, no word of a lie.

And to be fair, back then no one expected Channel 4 to change the houses much because back then - they didn't **** out a celebrity series twice a year, so the audience were happy to wait until the winter to see the beloved summer house brought back in the January with a few cosy designs and features added onto it, Channel 5 bring pressure on themselves by relying so much on CBB and that is why their January houses should, in theory, require abit more work than C4, because we already had to endure a silly celebrity series at the end of August anyway.

In saying all this btw, I do actually quite like certain parts of this house. The kitchen and bathroom are great, it's just I could never see it as being the best ever when we have the likes of BB7, BB9, BB8 etc etc the list goes further back.

Apart from CBB7 the Channel 4 CBB houses where pretty much the same except they had random stars on the carpet or paint splashes on the wall.

Channel 5 have put a lot more effort into this than Channel 4 ever did.

Most of this house is pretty nice but that garden is so ugly - it's far too empty and the rounded patches of astroturf don't suit at all. Hopefully there will at least be some more furniture in it by the time the series starts

The only reason C4 kept the old houses for CBB because people were quite happy to see it again as it was well designed. The c5 houses get worn out fast

The house is very....much. Rather loud and busy, but that may be more down to the angles than anything. It certainly makes the garden look incredibly stark by comparison, but that will definitely be filled up later.

The lampshade tree is inspired.

Love the house! My only negatives are the bare garden and bedroom floor, but that's probably because we're so used to such OTT designs with C5 houses! Love the effort gone into the small details too! Dining area is by far my favourite and I can't wait to see the chair!

Was anyone else hoping for a beanstalk in the garden? Or a Cinderella carriage as a snug? BB should really think of a tree of temptation type thing again! People seem to like that a lot judging by comments! I wonder if the chair will be themed that way!

Here’s a special all round look inside the new Celebrity Big Brother 2015 which stands awaiting its all star housemates.



The new series of Celebrity Big Brother 2015 starts in just one week’s time on January 7 on Channel 5 and is set to be the longest run ever.

It’s a good thing then that the new look house is full equipped to keep the celebrity housemates in relative comfort.

Stepping off the bottom of the stairs, the contestants will enjoy a plush living area decked in luxury red carpet and chairs.

A chandelier hangs above the top of the range kitchen while in the bedroom celebs can nod off wrapped up in fur duvets.

In the garden, the tree house remains while the pool has been removed in place of a hot tub with plenty of seating for late night shenanigans.

But this being Big Brother not everything will be cosy and this year is no exception with a ‘twisted fairy tale’ theme.

The walls of the house are littered with references to famous stories as a total of 42 cameras look on and record every move from behind the opulent double sided mirrors.

A black bath looks rather uninviting and there’s a giant crow looking out over the beds.
