Endemol talent scouts have begun travelling the UK today in their search for potential housemates for Big Brother 2015.
As has happened for the previous two civilian series, producers will be visiting a variety of venues and events over the next few weeks to invite hopefuls to audition.
Their first stop occurred this afternoon at the Churchill Shopping Centre in Dudley, and tonight sees them move to South Wales, where they’ll drop by The Arch bar and nightclub in Neath and the Irish Tymes pub in Caerphilly.
Details of future locations will be posted on the official @BBAuditions Twitter page, which has been updated with an image of a poster bearing the words ‘Big Brother wants you!’
Once again, there are no open auditions this year, with candidates instead having to film a 90-second video before uploading it to the application form at bigbrotherauditions.com.
The team can also be reached directly via email at bigbrotherteam2015@endemoluk.com, or telephone on 0333 5777760 (calls are charged at local rates, mobiles may vary). Applicants must be aged 18 or over on the date of their audition and have the right to reside in the UK.
Channel 5 announced that auditions had commenced last Thursday, in what was the first official acknowledgement that Big Brother has been renewed for its sixteenth series.
