How is there not a thread for one of the top three shows on television right now?

Cillian Murphy is on point

Finally got round to watching the first episode of this. Really liked it, I'm gonna get the first two series watched before the third one starts next week. Thank God for short British series.

Just finished series 1, ended up binging it in no time.

Already knowing who series two introduces, I liked Tommy's line "Only the Sabinis and the Solomons are bigger than us". I always like a bit of foreshadowing.

Gonna get started on the second series later!

Just read this has been renewed for a fourth and fifth series :clap1:

I binged the first two series ready for series 3 and I've fallen behind since the first episode anyway, the series ends next week .

Might get caught up for the finale or I might just wait for the series to finish and then watch them all over a few days.

I watched the first episode but couldn't get into it, probably should give it more time because I like Cillian Murphy

I wasn't 100% sold by the first episode myself but I soon got really into it. The second series was a big step up too, I thought.

So who watched the Finale?

Loved that twist, never saw it coming I just assumed as it was the last season Tommy was going to die (I actually didn't realise that they were making a film as well) I was a little disappointed with the end until I found out that they were making a film because they left a lot of loose ends, Oswald and his horrible wife for example, they need to die. I also wanted to see Tommy and Arthur reunite (before Arthur commits suicide :skull: ) Over all though it was a decent finale, slower paced then I thought it would be but good none the less

I've just started watching this, I know how slow am I, but absolutely love it as I am originally a Birmingham girl and know those places they reference, Cillian murphy is an amazing actor and pretty good to look at too, I am hoping for another series but someone has told me that's not to be so that's a shame, but yes is a great series.

They should do movies.

A movie would be great Ness, but surely the series could carry on, I'm just at the part where Arthur comes back. I've heard rumours that the end is unexpected, so can't wait to see it.

Just sit down and watch the very first episode ( again ?) …

I was hooked within minutes

I just like things that are factual or partly factual

Peaky Blinders actually existed though the main family in the series are completely made up .. the other main characters .. politicians / police / union reps and the other main criminals all existed

As were many of the main events ..

I love the show. I've rooted for Tommy since day one.
I won't spoil it for anyone, but the finale is fantastic.
Edge of your seat stuff.
Love Cillian Murphy.

Yes, the acting is brilliant and so is the story and the photography. It has a great atmosphere.
Ex Hollyoaks Emmett Scanlan is also in it. One more reason for me to love it

Even the storylines are written around actual incidents or historical events ..

The real Peaky Blinders really did go on that ‘trip’ to London !!
