why is it that the people who look our for others and try to help people get the most **** thrown at them

sorry about posting this mid convo but im in a **** mood and want to cry

..I don't think they do, I just think that they feel it more because of the people they are and because they care and think about others..we're just all different and with some people, it deflects off them more and others absorb it..anyway..don't change because of what others do/because of their behaviour...even if it is hurtful and often it is if people treat you badly..it's just really how we filter people through our lives and we have to do that and experience different things...but don't 'let them win' by changing who you are because it's those nice things about you/that you do care etc that makes you the person you are and don't ever change that...
