What sinister thing could be lurking in the house?

They have been saying that there's something more sinister in the background! But I can't think what it could be, maybe one of the housemates becomes the king/queen of the kingdom and we have power and get to choose what they decide, ie. Which housemates should be punished? And the other housemates have no idea about this, and the chosen celeb lives in a secret castle situated in the deep depths on the house.
