It was a good show imo, I liked how they did different categories, it wasn't over edited either which was nice

The only bad points where Liz not being shown, Jim winning the best winner :umm2 & spedi being shown a lot, Paula was the true star of CBB11

I agree i think CH5 get the best celeb housemates but i think CH4 had the best series but i prefer CH5 CBB much better

This was actually really good.

I wasn't expecting much from it, but they had a good bunch of appearances from former housemates/celebs.

The placings were rather fair (even though some were quite ludicrous). I thought Channel 5 would put their CBB's number 1 every time. :laugh:

In short CH4 had the ratings because their show appealed to the normal viewing public and CH5 are dragging in the dregs and ratings are low because the shows ethos has been eroded.

After 5000 + posts, I guess you would have to believe yes is the answer to that question. I post opinions that I think are factual, if you or other perceive them to be nasty, then so be it but I don't see what is nasty or wrong about this post. CH4 invented and ran with it with great viewing figures and when CH5 got hold of the program they ruined it by employing the services of the likes of Speidi and people like (white trash) Dee. These people are just there to whip up controversy in the wrong way which I abhor. CH5 employs a Muppet team and under 1 million viewers is less than some kiddy shows. Go figure.

CBB has never got under 1m viewers and the CH5 casting is far much better then CH4 in terms of entertainment

It was a brilliant show imo and I was shocked to see how many Channel 4 CBB's were included and Channel 5 didn't just unfairly promote theirs only on a few occasion ie Jim Davidson being the best winner...HUH? But when they did use the Channel 5 material it was hard to disagree with how could they actually were and totally deserved their place in top moments.

Im glad they showed Jade, how could they possibly ignore that.

Mad to see how HD has really changed the picture quality when the old clips were shown they really do look basic.

I was really impressed with this last night. It exceeded all my expectations, and I was actually sad when it ended. :(

White people do not get racially abused as we have never been made to feel like a lessor because of our skin colour. We have never been made to sit at the back of a bus or have less chance of getting a job, or be looked down upon and bullied for years.

Of course white people can be racially abused. If a non-white person is cruel to a white person because of the colour of their skin, that's racial abuse. Do you people seriously believe that's never happened?

And that definition of racism is far too specific to merely particular situations. If somebody antagonizes somebody because of their skin colour, it's racism, and people from all walks of like have been victims of it. As for the "What people think it means" side, I doubt most intelligent people think it's automatically racism if a black person picks on a white person. Now, if skin colour is an issue in the bullying then, yes, it's racism. You're speaking like it needs to be on a large scale to qualify as racism. It doesn't. One isolated incident can be racism.

It's a double standard. If you used a quote where a white character insultingly referred to a black character as "some little black girl", I have no doubt that they'd see it as racism. Because it would be, just as it is the other way around.

I know if someone referred to me as "some little gay boy" in a derogatory manner, I'd absolutely class that as homophobia (and I hate the term being thrown around too much). It's a shame that types of discrimination and prejudice aren't seen as equally serious issues.

i've lived in America and let me tell you, while racism against black people still exists, there's definitely racism against white people too. It's waaay worse in America. I just think that people aren't used to seeing it here.
