Of course it doesn't, but there's nothing concrete to say he is going in either. The rumours are stating it's likely that he will go in, but Perez will have seen all the speculation about him - if you look at his favourite tweets on Twitter, he's been favouriting articles about himself that speculate he's going in... the snapchat image could mean absolutely nothing, but it's something, I suppose.
