should pay the bill on a first date - the man or the woman?
Lostie!

Both should pay for themselves imo. Unless one of them arranged the date as a treat for the other person, in which case they'd probably pay.
I don't think it should ever be a gender thing, though. When I hear people debating how a guy should always pay etc, it makes me glad to be gay and avoiding double standards like that. :laugh2:

I actually think I have more respect for a full-fledged, overt sexist pig than I do for a chivalrous, 'women are fragile/need protecting' one... I don't see how it has to be the man who pays when these days women earn at least just as much as men

Both should contribute, Men shouldn't do everything and neither should women.. They both ate therefore they both pay
Also a side note.. i'm also a believer that a woman should ask out a man if she wants to go on a date with him, thats not the 'man's job' either..

50/50. If I went to dinner with someone who insisted on paying, I'd insist on buying wine or something. I like to stand my round.

If you invite someone out on a date, you should do the paying.
If She asks Him out, She should pay,
If He asks Her out, He should pay.
It is implied in the invite, much like when you invite someone over for diner, you are not expecting them to stop by the store and buy the groceries and then cook it for you

Should be 50/50 or maybe one pays the first time and then the next time it should be the other

I recall taking a girl to to see if it had snowed on a small hill that was around 2000 feet (it had). The whole 4 hour walk was free and healthy but all she did was moan and I never saw her again
:fist: bloody gold digger ignoramus. How else can you gauge where snow lines are?
You cant at a fancy restaurant thats for sure
