tbf Baywatch was the biggest show on TV back then and he had a regular part on it so he's as much a "has been" as most of the rest of them and was at one time more famous than alot of them :shrug:

He is arguably, one of the most celebrity-ish housemates in there. His character was one of the main characters in bayeatch & he did it for 10 years. A billion people watched baywatch at some point so that means a billion people at least know of him.
