It amazes that these women think the results of their proceedures look nice. Surely they must know that the rest of us look at them and we see they look mutilated?

She looks terrible, and she's not the only one in the house that's ruined their face with surgery - Patsy Kensit and Callum best have both taken it too far (admittedly not to the extreme of Alicia Douvall)

I always believe that most who go to those extremes and even risking their lifes under the knife at times to improve their looks, which rarely happens anyway, need help rather than surgeries, and shame on the money grabbing surgeons who take on the jobs like that, especially when so many look like botched jobs. Surely counselling is better than so many surgeries for such low self esteem.
