Yeah, compared to early C5 series it's so much slicker. That, or I'm getting used to their editing style.

The c5 editing during the Brian Dowling series was horrific

It's better - I've noticed the name tags are being used a lot less frequent, it was sometimes unbearable having the same nametag gliding across the screen every 2 minutes.

100% the editing is so much more toned down.

Yeah it has been pretty good. No Marcus shouting, no cheesy editing (lets wait until they show the tasks, that will be the true test), the name tags have appeared but they are not overused. All round it feels 'very C4' in the way that it's more natural and realistic. I hope they continue to edit like this.

The only thing that could improve for me now is the 'Coming Up' section being just 10-15 seconds, it's boring and too much to sit through. And the music montages towards the sky getting lighter/housemates waking up is just boring.

Just housemate leaves, crowd reaction, then music.
But the way Brian presented it was ****.
Watch a BB12 eviction, his voice was so I can't think of a word.
He improved in BB13, but he was still a crap presenter.

I hated how they had a Marcus voice over for the T&C's after the eviction numbers in BB15.

Also, this is not major, but I would love to see Emma when she says the eviction numbers, with the housemates up for eviction being shown on the massive screen, like they did in the C4 days.
They also did it for BB14, as well. But then reverted back in CBB13 and BB15.

Oh yes Marcus doing the T&Cs! They could easily just have Emma say it like they did for BB14. Was stupid changing that for BB15.

Agree that Big Brother should announce the housemate leaving and not Marcus. I've always liked Marcus as just the narrator, giving him all these side voiceovers since the C5 changeover have been unnecessary for the most part.

So far I think it's been okay, some interesting Housemates, some nice Housemates, and some normal interactions instead of constant TOWIE.

I don't even notice the name tags.
They've never really bothered me that much - I think they're stupid to use late on in the series but at the start, they're kind of useful.
