He was vile. Emily's comments came after CBB's race row, I think had it been any other year, she would have been given a warning.

I don't think he should be ejected. Yet. If his words/actions become physical or cause harm to someone, then yes, otherwise, let him dig himself deeper and deeper. He's ruined.
