Live Launch on Wednesday 3rd January has now been pretty much confirmed. It will be followed by the premiere of Desperate Housewives, but not preceded by Deal or No Deal as was rumoured. There is a 2 hour slot now free from 8pm - 10pm.

Then, against the launch of Soapstar Superstar on ITV1, on the Friday there will be two shows...

8.30 Celebrity Big Brother
9.30 Ugly Betty Premiere
10.30 Celebrity Big Brother
11.05 The Friday Night Project Premiere (David Tennant)

Could this be an eviction or a twist?

CBBLB will air each evening on E4, then the next morning at 8.25am on Channel 4, starting on the Thursday night/Friday morning. E4 time TBC. Also not yet clear when CBBB will air. CBBBM will air after the main show on E4, then at around 2am on Channel 4. No confirmation on how many nights a week it will be on. Repeats of the main show will air at 7.30am each morning on Channel 4.

verne Troyer did an infmous appearance on the American version of CBB, but its called The Surreal Life. So thats possible.
And Lucy Pinder was gonna be in CBB3, but they went with jackie Stallone, so thats possible.

Not in and of itself. I think there have been some positive fly-on the-wall programmes such as The Monastery and I believe there is a forthcoming series on the work of Helen House in Oxford which I think is unlikely to be classed as either immoral or malign. I don't watch Big Brother or I'm a Celebrity. I lost no sleep at all turning down Celebrity Big Brother. I think that celebrity can be malign in that it becomes a form of idolatry and people live their lives vicariously through the rich and famous rather than attending to their own lives.

Has there been an official announcement yet about how long this years CBB is going to last? i remember reading 4 weeks on here a couple of months ago but wasn't too sure if that was actually right or not - hope it was..

I dont think have officaly annonced it yet.
Ive been on a few sites and some seem to think its 3 weeks, others 4, some 5 and one site said 6 weeks.

Didn't think they had announced anything yet, personally i can't see it going on any longer than about a month, would be nice to see 5/6 weeks of CBB but somehow i can't see the celebs signing up for that long.

Yeah plus the celebs can't hack it as much as normal people. Even though they have a much easier time in the house.
