My disappointment in her isn't purely because she called her a dingbat, but you said she didn't call her names. I provided proof that she did. :)

Her whole general response to the banana situation was just hugely disappointing. I'd expect Michelle to just approach Alicia from the start and ask her about it, instead of whispering to the others and then later being involved in a nasty bitching session about her surgery and the age she had her first kid.

That whole conversation between the four was irrelevant and I wish Michelle didn't make herself a part of it.
