Oh when I worked in a bar in London years ago they used to do Prawn, Bacon and Mayo sandwiches and they were so delicious, it's been a longtime since I had one now though

Blue cheese and banana. Really, it's delicious, especially on wholemeal bread.

Hmm.. This is a difficult one! I think it depends what the sandwich is on.. Like there are some things is put on a crusty baguette that I wouldn't put on just normal bread.. There are also fillings is put on a toasted sandwich, but not on normal bread :think:

1) swiss cheese..ham..garlic sausage..pastrami..coleslaw ..salad (hoagie style)
2) chicken & stuffing with mayo

Tuna mayonnaise all day every day
Bacon, Tuna, Ham & Cheese (not processed ham tho only if it's a nice make which is rare and only nice cheese too)

Meetwurst + Margarine + Cheese. Maybe fresh cucumber also. Some salad would be nice.
