Big Brother previously told Katie Price that there will be no eviction (http://www.thisisbigbrother.com/celebritybigbrother2015-cbb15/news-271166/the-nominations-twist-spoiler.html) and that she had twenty four hours to decide who, out of the nominated Housemates, she considers the most entertaining and will save.
She would replace that Housemate with the one that she considers the least entertaining.
