Personally I think they are mad because it wont help the show. They are showing blatant favouritism towards a desperate despot and are doing a Helen all over again by manipulating the GBP. Why are they doing it was my first thought because Perez wont go anyway, he has a big enough fan base to save him.

All they are going to do is wind them up and when he comes back in it will be the same as before, minus cami who is the only one to give him serious and nasty grief.

I just cant get my head around it at all.

Honestly, I'm not a fan of this kind of manipulation even when it's working in favour of someone I enjoy watching. Still waiting for a back to basics season but I'm not going to hold my breath on that

I don't know if it's stupid or right tbh.

I just accept that the program is totally biased anyway with what they choose to show - I wouldn't spend a penny on it as it just isn't unbiased. I take it as pretty meaningless entertainment that I watch until it doesn't entertain me (I usually have switched off before the final week).

I don't vote, I have the app but won't give my money to such a manipulated programme. After all the fixed results in the past which were exposed, why would anyone give any more money.

I really agree with you. I am so sick of The Perez Show, by giving him this secret task they have assured he will not be nominated this week. The vote on Friday must of been very close and panicked them into this action

Not sure whether it was right or stupid, the only thing that I wondered was it just a way to diffuse what was turning into an ugly situation, and stop it turning into something worse.
Bearing in mind that we only see the edited hightlights, had far worse been said/threatened by either one? Im probably wrong , but I for one found it difficult to watch.

That is how I see it as well. Big panic move from BB, they are desperate to keep him in to the finals and then they will crown Katie as planned.

Perez is turning it into Helen mark 2. They are aiming him at the final and we are picking up the tab by voting out the dullards.

It is a bit of a disgrace really how they're not even trying to cover up their favouritism and their manipulation in Perez's favour, they normally at least use some sort of pretext like a nominations twist or a viewer vote or whatever rather than just straight up handpicking him

I think it's preferable that they aren't trying to cover it up, that way nobody is fooled.

It is absolutely ridiculous. Blatant manipulation and their continued messing is ruining the show. Personally I have totally had enough of all the shouting and arguments. It's become played out and predictable. So over the Perez show. I don't find it entertaining seeing a grown man prancing around in his undies acting like a spoit brat when things don't go his way. Would love to see some of his diary room entries. Bet he is in there giving the producers hel if some of the ones we have seen are anything to go by.

He reminds me very much of John James in the way that he talks to Big Brother and his demands and whining. I am hoping that Big Brother are using him and will eventually throw him to the wolves like they did John James. No one should be bigger than Big Brother in my opinion.

He must have got a dreadful share of the vote on friday for them to have taken that action.

I got fed up of watching hopkins vs perez 24 hours after their first go at each other. The way i see it now, this is no longer a housemate experiment. Its an experiment on the british public seeing which hateful freak they will prefer. Its beyond me how anyone can champion either one of them

Couldn't agree more, unfortunately a back to basics season would be viewed by you, me, and who else?

I think it's pretty disgusting given they are not even attempting to cover up their favoritism. BB15 had enough of a backlash to show that people will switch off and give up with the show when they constantly protect someone.

I guess though because it's a celeb series the producers don't really feel like there's a risk involved.

Does any of the housemates have any idea that he's not walked because Ive not heard anyone talk about him or have I missed something.

I agree it does appear like favoritism. Everyone knows that he would be nominated and up for eviction. By taking him out of the running, it really does shake up the nominations and he is possibly safe another week . Even though I'd prefer that he leaves the house for real...I kind of like that they did this. Normally, he would have been up, continued to annoy and antagonize and then possibly saved again. Alliances remain the same...no change to the dynamics.

This way, the house gets to experience a "Perezless" house. So far, it's a happier, stress free environment. The mood has definitely changed for the positive. I think the housemates are enjoying it now. In a way, CBB is assisting in proving Katie Hopkins right....as she kept saying how the house would be happier without him.

If the housemates have a better time without Perez...imagine what will happen when "hurricane" Perez is thrown right back in and all the negativity returns? This may cause some of his current allies to realize that he is the real problem all along.

Who knows...while it seems like favoritism towards him now, it might just backfire against him in the end.

They're absolutely right and I welcome any kind of manipulation so long as it's to save the correct people. By and large they seem to know what they're doing in that respect, they pulled out so many twists to get Speidi to the final so let's hope for the benefit of us all they'll do the same for Perez here.

If the public had their way this series would've been over by day four, the more the producers put a stop to that the better IMO. They know what they're doing, the public don't.
