Calum said the food was "heavy", and also said he wanted "healthy" food for a change, i.e. implying food to date wasn't healthy.

It might also be looked at that Perez twisted what Calum said and told it in the worst possible sense and poor old gullible Nadia fell for it, hook, line and sinker.
